Specialists of NPP Spectec completed deployment of an information system of maintenance and repair on the basis of the software package TRIM in network company "Energoneft Samara", engaged in operation and service of the network power equipment.
About 5000 km of transmission lines, about 3500 substations and other equipment distributed on 35 network areas with removal to several honeycombs kilometers fall within the scope of responsibility of the enterprise. In these conditions it is necessary to provide information support to processes of accounting of the equipment, its status and location, accounting of the emergency shutdowns and losses of production, failures, defects and parts requiring frequent replacements. Besides, in automation tasks of management of a MRO, such as decrease in a share of unplanned works and shutdowns, increase in interrepair times and optimization of repair cycles, cost reduction need supply with spare parts and materials, decrease in labor input of a MRO, quality improvement of documentary ensuring works.
The implementation project of a system was performed step by step. From July, 2004 to February, 2005 the first stage of the MRO system within which 19 jobs in management, technological department, service of networks and substations, the central dispatching service, rolling repair shops were created was implemented. During the subsequent operational phase the technical specifications on the further project were formulated. In November, 2006 the next stage providing addition of the database, expansion of functions of the MRO system and its installation in the operating divisions, areas of networks started.
By this moment the total number of jobs is brought to 44. System configuration took a form "Management – Workshops – Network areas". Network areas, as a rule, have no high-speed link of communication with office and cannot work with the central database online. Therefore their users are united in nodes with local databases which synchronization with the central base is performed according to a certain schedule or on command. In total in a system 36 such nodes are organized that allowed to create a common information space for all divisions and users working in the MRO system.
The current database containing about 50,000 objects will be supplemented with information on different types of the equipment. Work on expansion of the used functions of a system - maintaining an operating time, the list and values of controlled parameters, report generation on works and costs with automatic display in forms of the equipment, accumulation and the analysis of a change history of parameters, registration of a condition of equipment, installation and dismantling, accumulation and the analysis of history of movement of the equipment and other functions is conducted. The created directory of spare parts will allow to use such functions as reports on an expense of spare parts, updates of passports of works regarding spare parts and materials, the automated formation, viewing and printing of requests for supply with spare parts with a binding to works, control of a remaining balance of a warehouse, formation in the system of receipt and issue documents with a binding to work, control of the movement of goods.
