On the BelAZ creation of a system of development of technical documentation continues

JSC Belaz started the next stage of the project of automation of creation of technical documentation under the name "Creation of a System of Development of Operational, Repair Documentation and Directory of Parts based on Arbortext", on the platform of the software solution Arbortext, the Pro Technologies company integrator reported on July 25, 2013.

Project components

• Development and deployment at the enterprise of an automated system for release of operational, repair documentation and the directory of parts;
• Integration of the developed solution with corporate information systems of the enterprise;
• Carrying out consultations and training in the products Arbortext.

Execution of the project

During the previous stage:

• The set of templates of the directory of parts is developed;
• The technique of development of the directory of parts is developed;
• The technique of the automated release of the directory and technical illustrations is fulfilled.

Within the current, second stage it is planned:

• develop templates of operational and repair documentation,
• develop styles of documents,
• develop integration modules,
• create role instructions and video lessons of use of the solution.
