Biography

Alexey Nikolaevich Sukhov was born in the settlement Spacious Nadezhdinsky district of Primorsky Krai in 1967.

Education

In 1988 graduated from the Far East institute of the Soviet trade (nowadays TGAEU) as Economist.

Career

  • Since 1994 worked in the Central Bank of Russia across Primorsky Krai.
  • In 2004 Alexey Sukhov held a post of the Chairman of Control Accounts Chamber of Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Krai.
  • Then headed Management of financial monitoring and currency exchange control in Head department of the Central Bank.
  • In 2008 he was appointed the first deputy head of Administration of Vladivostok and charged to supervise questions of use and the order of property, town planning, architecture.
  • In May, 2012 it left this position at own will.
  • In September, 2012 he became the vice governor of Primorsky Krai – the Chief of staff of Administration of Primorsky Krai. Working in these positions, it deals with issues of the public civil service and the personnel, the state order, informatization and telecommunications.
