Content

1C: The first BIT completed optimization of personnel records in Magnetic Marketing company by means of implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product, the press service of integrator reported on July 25, 2013.

Start of Project

Earlier for conducting personnel records and payroll calculation in firm used the self-written software product and spreadsheets. There were difficulties with processing and information storage. Load of personnel was high. For the purpose of increase in company performance, its management decided to automate HR processes.

Project Progress

Project implementation was charged to 1C specialists: The first BIT. They set software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the organizations" configured the register of data. All employees were trained to work with the program.

Project Results

  • The uniform base for consolidation of information on personnel problems is created. In a system several users at the same time can work. Differentiation of access rights to separate folders ensures safety and confidentiality of data. The program allows to reconfigure according to individual requirements.

  • Conducting personnel records, payroll and calculation of necessary taxes and contributions is automated.

  • The management received the efficient instrument of control of work of personnel, the analysis of its potential. It allows to build effective personnel structure.

  • The transparency of reporting documents increased. Their quality improved. Thanks to automation of key transactions also labor costs of staff of personnel department decreased temporary.

  • Flexible working schedules can keep account of a worked time according to different factors, for example. It permits to apply individual motivational schemes that well affects loyalty of personnel.

  • In a system the ability to integrate detailed sheets of accounting of a worked time as primary documents, and their use for payroll, payment of hour absences and idle times by special documents is implemented.

  • Also by means of the program it is possible to manage certification and training of employees, to distribute days off and time for holidays, to recruit new employees and so forth.
