MFC of KhMAO - Yugra is equipped with technology equipment

The Integrated Services Group company completed the project on equipping by the IT equipment of Multifunction Information Centre of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the company reported on July 25, 2013.

Project Background

Within the public contract in 13 regional departments MFC delivery of a broad spectrum of the equipment is organized: servers and softwares, the automated jobs Fujitsu, the office equipment – printers, scanners, multi-function printers, fax machines, projectors; telecommunication equipment of production Cisco and Panasonic, video surveillance systems, etc.

Project equipment

Regional receiving offices of MFC are set:

• control terminals an electronic queue Damascus in structure:
  • touchscreen kiosks,
  • LED boards,
  • monitors,
  • the integrated systems of a voice call of the visitor and the SMS notification.

Project software

Specialized software collects statistics, creates reports on service quality of the population, writes negotiations of staff of MFC with clients. Control of the current employment of the visitor and a possibility of prerecording and registration of users is provided. For convenience of the population in premises the automatic photocopiers accepting payment by notes and coins are installed.
