"Foam" automates retail accounting

Company "1C: The first BIT" completed optimization of work of shop selling beer and Foam snack as implementation of the 1C: Retail 8 program and installation of an electronic retail store equipment, the press service of the company reported on July 26, 2013.

Start of Project

Earlier accounting and registration of sales were conducted by means of writing-book records and the calculator. For the purpose of expense optimization and increase in control over business processes the entrepreneur decided to automate business by means of the specialized program.

Project Progress

Staff of 1C acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They performed installation and setup of the 1C: Retail 8 system and the equipment: check Posiflex Aura-6800 printer, ATOL: driver of electronic scales, Argox AS-8520 wireless scanner, computer "OFFICE".

User training is provided. 4 jobs are automated.

Project Results

In a project deliverable an opportunity appeared:

• control arrival of goods from the partner on a warehouse of shop;
• trade in the sets of goods created both at the time of sale of goods and with pre-sale preparation of a set;
• make inventory of trade inventories;
• make out receipt and cash payment orders directly in shop;
• monitor movement of cash between internal cash desks of shop.
