Biography

Oleg Vasilyevich Efremov was born on March 3, 1969 in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 1994 graduated from the Kazan state technical university majoring in "Radio-electronic devices", and in 2000 - the Kazan financial and economic institute in Management.

In 1995-1999 there passed the way from the engineer of telecommunication of cable section to the chief engineer of Purovsky district branch of JSC "Yamalelektrosvyaz".

In 1999-2002 - the director of Muravlenkovsky branch of JSC "Yamalelektrosvyaz" (since 2002 - the Yamal-Nenets branch of telecommunication of JSC Uralsvyazinform).

From 2002 to 2003 - the head of department of the organization of sales of the Yamal-Nenets branch of telecommunication of JSC Uralsvyazinform to directorate.

In 2003-2006 worked as the associate director of the Yamal-Nenets branch of telecommunication of JSC Uralsvyazinform on technical issues.

In May, 2006 it is appointed the associate director of the Perm branch of telecommunication of JSC Uralsvyazinform on business concerns.

2007: Commercial director of Uralsvyazinform

Since May, 2007 - the deputy CEO - the commercial director of JSC Uralsvyazinform. From 2009 to 2013 the director of the Yamal-Nenets branch Uralsvyazinform, after transformed to Rostelecom branch of JSC

2013: Director of DIT YaNAO

On May 28, 2013 it is appointed the director of the department of information technologies and communications of YaNAO. Earlier the position of the department director was held by Alexander Voronov who was appointed the governor of Yamal in March, 2010.

At the end of 2013 won first place in a ranking of TAdviser "Income and the property of heads in the field of IT of the subjects of the Russian Federation".
