1C: The first BIT completed the project of automation of trade accounting in Sevalo Engineering of Meshinari Kazakhstan LLP, implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management for Kazakhstan".

Project Background

Continuing work on business automation, plant management decided to optimize the processes which are responsible for trade management. The choice fell on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management for Kazakhstan". Asked for the help in program installation 1C specialists: The first BIT.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor executed installation of a system, configured data exchange with "1C: Accounting 8". All users were trained.

• the efficiency of interaction between divisions increased by 15%. Thanks to a possibility of instant data exchange between systems "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management for Kazakhstan" and "1C: Accounting 8" users always possess up-to-date information and can quickly make and approve documents.

• goods delivery speed from a warehouse increased by 15%. In a system it is possible to browse existence of goods in a warehouse, to manage the range, to control delivery time and so forth. All documents for shipment form automatically. It facilitates their preparation and accelerates process of movement of products.

• time for reporting on trade processes was reduced by 20%. The variety of ready report forms and automatic filling and verification of documents considerably increased quality of reports and working ability of personnel of accounting services.
