Management of Gostehnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan facilitated work of inspectors as implementation of the mobile solution

The BARS GROUP company carried out product introduction "BARS. Agriculture is Gostehnadzor" in Management of Gostehnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the press service of the company reported on July 29, 2013.

Project Background

– We used the software earlier (the truth, developed by own forces), but began to work with introduction to use of more powerful system much more comfortably and quicker. Thanks to a system "BARS. Agriculture is Gostehnadzor", the delivered BARS GROUP company, could operate with information in real time. For example, our inspectors often come out to places of inspection of the equipment and perform many operations there. Now, after checkup implementation, they can not potter with pieces of paper, and at once enter data into the system even in the field. For this purpose we supplied them with notebooks with Internet connection, - Radik Ziatdinov, the head of department of Gostehnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan noted.

Project Progress

Specialists of BARS GROUP conducted preproject examination of basic processes of department, on a centralized basis set the solution, remote access to which was got by each user. After that the staff of BARS GROUP carried out converting of the database to this system.

Training among inspectors, accountants, administrators is provided.

Project Results

Interdepartmental interaction became simpler. Now replies to the requests of other departments take much less time, than before. The efficiency of data acquisition from district and city inspectorates for checkups, the rendered services, the state fees and penalties increased.

Reports form automatically and quickly, earlier inspectors had to make many of them for hours (and even days, at data preparation in a year).
