Start of Project

At the beginning of 2013 the government of the Astrakhan region held a competition on development of an information system for housing sector. The BARS GROUP company became the contractor on creation and system implementation, user training.

Project Progress

As a result of project implementation the housing-and-municipal complex is completely automated, the unified information system of housing and communal services of the Astrakhan region is constructed.

The solution allowed to organize work and to integrate in a common information space of all participants of housing and public utilities: public authorities and local government, state housing inspectorate, management and resource supplying companies.
