The ITAN company in a short time implemented the system of the automated management accounting and the reporting of Tekhnolak company" based on the 1C: Trade Management configuration and a subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance".

1C: Trade Management met requirements Tekhnolak to conducting operational accounting, but did not allow to keep complete management accounting of all transactions and to quickly receive the basic financial statements of activity of the enterprise.

As the solution of these tasks of management accounting and the reporting the subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" expanding possibilities of the standard configuration "1C: Trade Management" was offered.

Implementation studied in technology of the standard project with preliminary writing of the Technical Proposal (TP) describing: The chart of accounts of management accounting, Wiring according to documents of operational accounting, Procedural transactions, Forms of financial statements. After approval of TP the ITAN company started setup of the product "ITAN: Management Balance" according to TP. After setup of a spetsialistaa of ITAN performed works on installation and user training of Tekhnolak company.

Implementation of a new automated system of accounting allowed:

  • Create the common information space providing completeness of information and excluding war data entry;
  • Keep balance sheet management accounting on the chart of accounts on internal regulations;
  • Receive a transparent financial picture of activity of the enterprise;
  • Carry out cash flow analysis;
  • Manage the cost and the capital of the company;
  • Obtain information on revenue breakdown and expenses of the enterprise;
  • Manage costs and carry out their distribution;
  • Carry out a financial analysis of profitability not only firms, but also divisions and the commodity directions;
  • Reduce labor costs by a rutinnuyuobrabotka of primary documents and manual report generation.

Aggregate term of implementation made 3 months. At present the system of management accounting and the reporting works without involvement of ITAN company. Further works on automation of budgeting and treasury are planned.
