UK "Raiffeisen Capital (ITAN: Management Balance)

The ITAN: Management Balance in UK Raiffeisen capital is complete the project on updating of edition. IT department of UK Raiffeisen Capital start transfer process of "1C: Accounting 2.0" existing in the company on "1C: Accounting 3.0". With respect thereto, for maintenance of the current accounting system according to IFRS based on its "ITAN: Management Balance" it was also necessary to update. But at the same time having saved all saved-up data and settings from the version of a system ITAN of 2012. Specialists of ITAN company performed works on updating of the ITAN: Management Balance configuration from edition 2.3 on new edition 2.5 which is compatible from "1C: Accounting 3.0". The updated configuration is tested by IT department and accounting service before operation.

2011

For a reporting preparation according to IFRS "UK "Raiffeisen Capital"" companies the software product which would allow was required:

• automate process of transformation of accounting of RAS in the IFRS standards
• use individual rules of transformation
• make possible closing of the period in IFRS earlier than in RAS
• exercise control of transformation in IFRS
• lower rutinnyeoperation on preparation of the reporting under IFRS

As the solution was the subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" is offered, it allowed to be integrated "without serious consequences" into the current system of accounting on "1C: Accounting" and to adjust regular transformation of all transactions of accounting in accounting according to IFRS. Rules of transformation, closing of month and a form of the reporting under IFRS were individually configured in the designer "ITAN: Management Balance" under requirements of UK Raiffeisen Capital finance division. Aggregate term of implementation of the new IFRS system made 2 months. At the moment the ITAN company performs maintenances of a system according to IFRS.
