The first stage of system deployment of electronic document management in Alyumiks is completed

In July, 2013 the first stage of system implementation of ELMA in Alyumiks group is completed, the press service of integrator reported.

Project Background

The organization of a common information space, optimization of project activity, reduction of time for processing and approval of a big flow of internal documents, quality improvement of work with clients and customers is important for large construction company "Alyumiks". It is also important to have an opportunity for development of a system, ability to adapt flexibly to constantly changing quality standards of work and integration with already available base of documents. The company management made the decision on system implementation of ELMAELMA]].

Project Progress

At the first stage of implementation works on setup of electronic document management, system reference books, maintaining the project budget are carried out. The main routes of documents are configured, the structured archive of documents is entered, the main stages of project activity of the enterprise are described.

Project Results

Implementation of the first stage the document flow, including thanks to an exception of manual operations on registration and accounting of the majority of documents considerably accelerated, the costs connected with passing of documentation, her statement and approval were reduced.
