The NORBIT company completed an implementation project of a customer relationship management system on the platform of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software product in Russian Standard Insurance Ltd, the press service reported on August 5, 2013.

Project Background

Within implementation the client - the focused sales strategy and marketing by the customer the decision on implementation of the CRM system and optimization of work of call center operators is made.

Project Progress

Implementation of the CRM system allowed to automate processes of work with the available and potential clients, acceptance and processing of customer appeals. The interface and system architecture are developed according to needs of the customer. Within the project integration of CRM with already available corporate systems is carried out: Automatic telephone exchange of Avaya, MS Exchange, MS Dynamics Nav that gave the chance to receive a number of the additional automated functions: mailings by e-mail, data integration about clients, their statuses, data on the used products in one system, display of these data at receipt of an incoming call and many other things.
