"AVS" increases quality of work of personnel of cafe

The company the First BIT completed the project of automation of the cafe belonging to ABC LLC, implementation of software BIT: Appetite. Waiter. The bartender, the company reported on August 5, 2013.

Project Background

Before AVS LLC did not work in the field of public catering. Opening the first cafe the management made the decision to implement the modern information system capable to provide operational acceptance and processing orders of visitors.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of the First BIT equipped cafe with a set of an electronic retail store equipment:

• The CheckWay Green POS system with FPrint-22K
• Check Posiflex Aura 6800 (LAN) printer
• Call for Posiflex KL-100 printers

In a workplace of the waiter the software solution BIT is set . Appetite. Waiter. Work of the accountant is automated by a system on the platform of products "BIT. Restaurant 8" and "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Results

Results:

• excellent service affects increase in a customer loyalty;
• accounting does not require considerable labor costs;
• timely and up-to-date information about stock balance allows in time and in the necessary volume to plan purchases.

As a result automation simplified accounting work. Allowed the management to control easily work of personnel in a trading floor. Simplified analytics of data on sales and stocks.
