REK "High Coast" automates payroll and planning of employee occupation

The 1C:VDGB company automated personnel records, payroll and planning of employee occupation in REK Vysoky Bereg LLC using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product, the press service of integrator reported on August 6, 2013.

Project Progress

In March, 2013 the management of REK "High Coast" addressed to 1C:VDGB company, wishing to improve in short terms a personnel management process, personnel records and payroll. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" suggested to use software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", carried out implementation, basic setup and training of staff of HR department, helped to understand rules of accounting.

Project Results

As a result of the executed project in REK "High Coast" are automated: the HR policy of the company, registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure, planning of expenses on compensation, salary accrual, calculation of taxes, report generation and the references in state bodies and social funds.
