"The Karacharovsky mechanical plant" carried out express implementation of ISU of a MRO

JSC Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant implements the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment. For this purpose the plant purchased the license to use of the special software of TRIM, the press service of software developer reported on August 7, 2013.

Start of Project

One of crucial elements of production strategy of the enterprise - implementation of modern Business Process Management Suite. Not an exception - processes of maintenance and repair (MRO) of technology equipment.

For management of these processes the management of the enterprise decided to use the specialized software platform of TRIM focused on processes of a MRO and to begin an implementation project of information system MRO (MRO ISU) on the basis of TRIM.

Project Progress

The plant purchased the license to use TRIM in July, 2013, at developer company – NPP Spectec. In delivery of the product TRIM-PMS modules: TRIM Maintenance, TRIM Warehouse, TRIM Document flow, TRIM Directory, TRIM Administrator complemented with the module "TRIM Dispatching magazine". The module "Dispatching Magazine" is not a basic part of TRIM-PMS, however in connection with needs of the customer was switched on in delivery. It will allow the plant not only to implement MRO ISU, but also in the long term to implement monitoring of performance indicators of use of the equipment of OEE (monitoring of idle times) based on TRIM.

The Aytiem company, whose specialization - the economic implementation projects of ISU of a MRO executed in a short space of time according to standard specifications on the basis of the TRIM-PMS software product is involved in implementation of ISU of a MRO.

Within 5 working days the Aytiem company provided input user training to the main transactions in a system - certification of the equipment, filling of the database credentials of reference books and directories of spare parts, work planning on a MRO, accounting of an operating time, formation of documents, input of reports on works, etc. Entered a test data set on which fulfilled a chain of business processes according to standard regulations of use of ISU of a MRO into a system.

The software of TRIM-PMS was unrolled in workplaces of users, performed commissioning. The customer should perform further implementation and use of ISU of a MRO independently.
