Vita Nuova automates management of the medical center

Specialists of the First BIT completed the project of industry automation of Vita Nuova company using the program "BIT. Management of the medical center", the press service of integrator reported on August 8, 2013.

With program installation "BIT. Management of the medical center" new opportunities appeared:

• Convenient maintaining customer base. It is possible to store contact customer information in the uniform register: beginning from the address and a photo and finishing with the history of visits.
• Inventory control. Data about goods receipt, movement and write-off of supplies, the executed sales it is possible to trace in online the mode.
• The automatic reminder of need of purchase of materials and detailed accounting of the minimum remaining balance of supplies allows to support relevant product assortment. Expiration dates are also traced automatically.
• In the program it is convenient to plan the working schedule: the system of automatic selection of time and duration of visit of the specialist works. It facilitates control of employment of the equipment and offices and also accounting of hourly development of personnel. Payroll can be made depending on individual load of employees.
• Obtaining objective reports for work of separate divisions and the company in general gives a fine basis for detailed profitability analysis of business, helps with cost reduction and search of the hidden reserves.
