Atomenergoproekt starts total automation of the enterprise

In July, 2013 the company Atomenergoproekt started process of full automation at the enterprise as a part of which implementation BPM- systems ELMA, the press service of developer reported on August 9, 2013.

Project Background

In the company requirements of increase in quantitative and qualitative parameters of activity were created that requires automation of many business and production processes.

Having designated the main objective as "Automation of productive activity", the company management began preliminary independent market research of software products. ELMA is a BPM system which attracted the greatest interest of company management.

Project Progress

For August 9, 2013 the ELMA system is used for solving of tasks:

• increases in customer focus by means of the module the CRM expert and integration with call center,
• increases in qualitative production indicators – KPI helps to check and modify them,
• creations and project managements on designing and service of the NPP.
