K-Urals optimize internal processes of accounting and management

"The corporation of technologies and investments" completed the K-Urals joint with 1C: In the first BIT the project of optimization of the software, the press service of integrator reported on August 9, 2013.

Project Background

"The corporation of technologies and investments the K-Urals" renders consulting and accounting services in questions of a business activity and management. For the purpose of quality improvement of the provided services the decision - to begin a campaign for upgrade of internal processes of accounting and management is made.

Project Progress

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They booked audit of systems, revealed the mechanisms requiring completion. Designated project objectives:

• configure data exchange between programs "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", used in the company;
• fix the sales process registration mechanism;
• create the mechanism of cost accounting of services;
• lower personnel labor costs.

Project Results

Positive results in work of customer company are achieved:

• Operations on sale of services became simpler. There was a convenient mechanism of cost accounting.
• The transparency of credentials increased. Operational exchange of data between systems allows to browse information on activity of different divisions in uniform space, to estimate expediency of costs and separate contracts. An opportunity to create reports for any time frame facilitates process of the analysis and forecasting.
• Labor costs of personnel of accounting services decreased. The functionality of 1C systems allows to work quickly and simply. The variety of ready report forms reduces process of formation of documents. Function of autoverification of reports and their compliance to reporting periods guarantees the correct filling of forms. Timely updating of systems ensures functioning within the legal framework of the Russian Federation.
