The provincial Bank Simbirsk develops business of plastic cards

Project Background

Active growth of retail business in bank demanded implementation of new technologies of business of plastic cards. High requirements to these were shown that the bank did not purchase the corresponding modules at the developer, and organized the tender for the choice of an optimal solution.

As a result of the tender the Simbirsk bank selected IBS Centaur of Omega.

Project Progress

Implementation is implemented according to the concept of iterative implementation that allowed to implement different wishes of specialists of bank including not defined up to the end at a tender stage, including:

• Different types of card products.
• Range of the internal reporting of bank (calculation of a crediting limit, the report register for credit committee, professional judgment of the reserve size, etc.).
• Supplementary procedures of financial monitoring.
• Change of technology of interaction with BKI, etc.
