The Dialog IT company completed the project of creation of a common information space for automation of inventory, accounting, tax accounting by software implementation 1C: Accounting in TGC-1 branch of JSC Kola, the press service of the company reported on August 12, 2013.
Project Background
Increasing efficiency of business processes of the company, management made the decision on implementation of the unified information system on the 1C: Accounting platform, automating using this product accounting in the company.
As service provider the Kolsky branch selected consulting and implementation company "Dialog Information Technologies".
Project Features
Specifics of work and the requirement to the automation system - need of data transfer from the existing database and ensuring work of branch. This circumstance imposed serious restrictions, both on possible completions, and on data transfer process. In particular, it was required to do a great job on unification and transformation of the normative reference information.
Project Results
As a result of the project a common information space for conducting inventory, accounting, tax accounting, drawing up the regulated and management reporting of Kolsky branch is created.
