Izvarino of Pharm increases efficiency of managerial and financial accounting

Specialists of the company the First BIT completed an implementation project of the BIT .FINANS software product in pharmaceutical company "Izvarino of Pharm", the press service of integrator reported on August 14, 2013.

Project Background

In firm applied the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" to accounting. For expansion of opportunities of financial accounting and increase in transparency of reporting data the management began a campaign for implementation of the automated control system "with BIT .FINANS. Management accounting". As the partner in implementation the company the First BIT acted.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation a common information space for consolidation of managerial data is created. Are automated:

• drawing up the plan-fact analysis (the plan-fact reporting can be prepared by all types of budgets online);
• accounting according to International Financial Reporting Standards, based on one array of primary information;
• planning of budgets. Planning process assumes study of several scenarios in different analytical cuts. It significantly expands possibilities of the analysis and forecasting;

control of budget implementation of cash flow. Multistage approval of payments happens in the automatic mode.
