Negotiations of dispatching services of Mosoblgaz are controlled and register

The Gran Pri company completed system implementation of the multichannel record Stealth Lyne for registration of negotiations of managers SUE MO Mosoblgaz in 2009, the press service of the company reported on August 15, 2013.

Project Background

SUE MO Mosoblgaz documentation of negotiations of managers at management of gas economy and work with consumers, record of interactions of abnormal services and recovery of the course of events at investigation of incidents is necessary.

Project Progress

In partnership with Gran Pri company the implementation project of a complex of documentation of dispatching negotiations on the basis of the solution Stealth Lyne is implemented.

In the project progress tasks are solved:

• System operation with sources of signals of different type: telephone communication, loudspeaker and selector communication, communication on radio channels;
• Work in the round-the-clock unattended mode in 12 branches and head office SUE Mosoblgaz;
• Reliable information storage not less than 90 days;
• Remote control and remote work with the written information;
• The execution of the equipment providing protection against unauthorized access, including accidental switching off of record;
• Operation of a system out of the special equipped server premises.

Project Results

The complex of documentation of dispatching negotiations successfully passed acceptance tests and is accepted in operation.
