"Agronomist" implements complex approach to automation of the enterprise

The integrator 1C: The first BIT completed an implementation project of software products "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in the company "Agronomist, TO", the press service of integrator reported on August 16, 2013.

Project Background

Earlier in Agronom, tovarishcheskoye objedineniye LLC accounting, settlings with personnel, were performed manually - labor-intensive process, took away a lot of time.

Need of the regular report before participants of a partnership required more detailed approach to document creation. Pursuing quality improvement and data transparency, identification of the hidden reserves of the enterprise, the management of Agronomist decided to implement software tools of automation.

Project Progress

1C Company acted as the contractor of the project : The first BIT.

• carried out installation of specialized programs "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8",
• connected service of delivery of the electronic reporting "1C: Reporting",
• configured account policy,
• organized data exchange between automated systems,
• instructed for users.

Project Results

The main transactions of conducting accounting, tax, personnel records and payroll are automated. The effective control system of financial and economic activity and submission of the regulated reporting is created.
