LLC Modern Wood Processing Technologies (STOD) is engaged in the production of high-strength multilayer timber glued from veneer - Ultralam LVL. The company provides cost-effective material for the construction of light-carrying, environmentally friendly, heat-saving houses, agricultural, sports facilities, reconstruction of the old fund, construction of attics.

2025: Declared Bankrupt
LLC "Modern Wood Processing Technologies" (STOD) was declared bankrupt. Bankruptcy proceedings for 6 months have been introduced against the debtor. This is stated in February 2025 in the decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. In order to at least partially pay off creditors, the company will put up for auction two of its plants in the Tver region. The external management plan of STOD LLC provided for the replacement of assets - the creation of a joint-stock company on the basis of the property of STOD LLC with the subsequent sale of its shares.[1]
2022: Introduction of external management
Creditors "STOD" voted for the introduction of external management. This was announced by ВЭБ.РФ on August 18, 2022.
VEB financed project constructions of the plant for the production of oriented chip (OSP) plates and glued timber LVLfrom veneer in, and Tver region as a collateral creditor is interested in preserving the collective and profile of the enterprise.
We support the transition to external management, this is an important stage in the life of STOD. The asset is of high quality, the woodworking complex is fully equipped with special equipment for Russia. Modern Wood Processing Technologies LLC was declared bankrupt in January 2022 at the request of creditors, the decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region at the enterprise introduced a bankruptcy procedure.
