NAC Aki-Otyr implements EDMS

Within corporate strategy of development of IT infrastructure in JSC NAC "AKI-OTYR" implementation is complete EDMS DIRECTUM, the press service of the company Rastam-IT, integrator in the project reported on August 19, 2013.

Project basis

The Russneft company pays close attention to development of corporate IT infrastructure, and within the development strategy, in JSC NAC AKI-OTYR the decision on system implementation of electronic document management of DIRECTUM is made. Works are charged to Rastam-IT company.

Project Progress

The project consisted of two stages. The first stage, design, included carrying out a detailed research of business processes of the enterprise and development of project solutions on automation of interaction and document flow. It is provided user training and administrators.

During the second stage, implementation, automation of standard processes of registration of outgoing and incoming documents, control of execution of tasks, instructions and orders, approvals of agreements is executed.

For August 19, 2013 a system is put into operation. In DIRECTUM all staff of the enterprise, including specialists work at oil fields.
