The DAMASCUS company implemented an implementation project of software SUO Damascus at office of service of JSC Uglemetbank, the press service of integrator reported on August 19, 2013.

Project Background

"We decided to equip the office SUO "DAMASCUS" to provide uniform distribution of a flow of visitors and also in real time to obtain statistical data about a status of queue and load of each operator, - Yulia Faustova, the head of department of calculations of department of JSC Uglemetbank noted. - Thanks to professionalism of specialists of DAMASCUS and Uralinfotek companies this intention was quite performed. Now our employees work at optimal speed and clients should not wait too long. Such also there has to be a civilized system of service in modern bank".

Project Progress

Installation of a system was performed by engineers of Uralinfotek company, and the software was set and configured by specialists of developer company.

For August 19, 2013 SUO "DAMASCUS" functions in department of Uglemetbank.
