Structure of Jemys

Hospital Information System

"The hospital Information system" represents a complex of the integrated modules functioning in a common information space. Automates jobs of doctors, medical personnel and divisions of economic providing.


Subsystem Clinic

It is intended for automation of work of personnel of clinic:

  • The module Registry which allows to register primary patients and to create the card with the unique identification number of the patient. Support of barcodes provides the unified translation of the database of clinic in the PACS database of X-ray diagnostic department.

  • The module Dispatching office solves a problem of distribution of the directions of patients to different researches and uniform loading of offices of medical institution. Provides support of service worklist.

  • The module "Doctor" provides maintaining the information database of documents of medical records of patients, reference books and qualifiers. Generation of reporting and statistical documentation.


Subsystem Hospital

It is intended for automation of work of personnel of a hospital:

  • The module "Accident ward" provides registration of patients, maintaining magazines of registration and stationary cards of patients, formation of report forms.

  • The module "Clinical records" is intended for work with clinical records of patients and also for viewing, editing, adding of information generated when passing by the patient of different inspections, consultations of doctors, stays in hospitals, testing and other types of medical data on patients.

Subsystem Administrator

It is intended for configuring of subsystems, including setup of reference books, structures business of objects, the user interface, access for users, connections of external programs, ensuring data protection from unauthorized access.

It is easily integrated into the unified information system of JEMYS.

JEMYS Radiological information system

JEMYS the Radiological Information System is intended for representation, processing and the analysis of the visual information created on the different systems of creation of images and also for information exchange under the DICOM protocol with other workstations or servers.

It is recommended for use with the equipment of a computer and magnetic resonance tomography, x-ray, ultrasonic and endoscopic installations for reconstruction and processing of space images. The mode of a three-dimensional film loop (4D), the mode of virtual flight on vessels and a colonoscopy, parallel and perspective browse modes is supported.


Main Functions

DICOM image processing server. Provides acceptance of images under the DICOM Storage Service Class Provider protocol. The server is executed in the form of a Windows service or the domain Linux and provides up to 1000 simultaneous connections.

  • Management of the list of researches, opening of researches, loading of researches from the external carrier.

  • Request to archive or other stations.

  • The choice of the structure of the screen, creation of any scheme for survey and diagnostic areas.

  • Setup of the toolbars and context menu.

  • The regrouping of images by means of a mouse, allows to drag images from the area of survey images to the area diagnostic using the Drag and Drop method.

  • Browsing of images by means of icons.

  • Cutting images for the period of viewing. Using this mode images which need to be hidden or recovered for viewing/printing are marked.

  • Printing of images. Printing of images is possible in a direct or return order.


DICOM printing: printing on DICOM printers.

  • Installation of parameters of windows (center, brightness, width, contrast).

  • Measurement of value (density, intensity) pixel (image element)

  • At movements of a mouse on the image, in the field of text information information on value of density in this point is output.

  • Comparison of 2 researches: Loading of two and more researches in the field of image processing.

  • Measurement of a distance (distances), Calibration of images.

  • Measurement of corners.

  • Selection of zones of interest (ROI) and measurement of the areas. Selection of rectangular, oval, polygonal and any zones of interest with indication of the average density and the area of the selected area is possible.

The 3D functions are reconstruction

MPR/MIP (Multiplanar (multiplane) reconstruction) is under construction Of a set of consecutive cuts a three-dimensional array which sections are displayed with a possibility of interactive change of the planes of section.

JEMYS Telemedicine

JEMYS "Telemeditsina" provides a possibility of carrying out remote connection, acceptance/transfer of the diagnostic data arriving from different types of the diagnostic equipment and text information (including in real time).

  • Helps to keep the clinical record of the patient with integration into the existing information structure of medical institution.

  • Acceptance and transfer of the images under the DICOM protocol transferred from any diagnostic equipment.
  • Acceptance and transfer of the digitized videos of MPEG given in a format.
  • Receiving and transmitting data from laboratory analyzers.

  • Performs registration of requests for consultation and also database maintenance of consulting services.

Uniform integration bus on the basis of JEMYS.BUS

For creation of core integration infrastructure of a common information space of medical institution it is offered to use the solution based on the intelligent bus JEMYS.BUS

The intellectual integration bus provides:

  • Possibility of a task of algorithms of data translation by transfer between the connected subsystems of different functionality. For example, diagnostic data which were obtained from a radiological information system, are transferred on the bus to a hospital information system;

  • Possibility of transfer not only data, but also and events which are directly affecting behavior of systems connected to an intellectual integration bus;

  • Preprocessing and aggregation of data on the set algorithms when forming of the consolidated data warehouse. Parametrical setup of the intelligent bus allows to distribute optimum different and format flows of specialized medical data on distributed databases.

Application of an intellectual integration bus of JEMYS.BUS helps:

  • Create a uniform guidance loop business by processes of medical institution both in the local mode, and regarding interaction with a regional data processing center (for the applications developed based on the process focused platforms), and at the expense of it considerably to reduce costs for modification at change of business processes.
