The Yota Devices company started a cloud solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for increase in efficiency of sales, the press service of the Columbus company which implemented a range of services on setup and start of a new CRM system reported on August 20, 2013.

Project Background

For management of marketing activity of Yota Devices uses means of a system for planning of actions, regular information mailings to target clients. The interface of the solution is configured so that in the forefront always up-to-date information about clients with whom the company, their requests and the existing arrangements works. The means of goal setting and control of their accomplishment which are built in a system increase efficiency of all staff of commercial division.
