The Laboratory of Software Solutions Ltd company offers the LARES software product created thanks to rich experience of our employees in the field of automation of housing and public utilities especially for the management companies, condominium and HCCs which are not using services of settlement centers, and designed to simplify work of accountants and pasportist of management companies.

2016: version 10.2

The Laboratory of Software Solutions company released in the spring of 2016 version 10.2 of the automated control system of housing and public utilities. In version 10.2 key changes concerned subsystems Billing and Overhaul:

• reconciliation of settlement of the regional operator and city administration regarding contributions to an overhaul of municipal property is provided;
• the procedure of tracking and income distribution (percent from a balance in cash) from accounts of an overhaul is improved;
• opportunities for formation of the short-term plan of implementation of an overhaul are expanded – the algorithm of formation of the activity list is optimized;
• the interface for work with personal accounts of owners of apartment houses is optimized;
• access to data on the selected method of formation of fund of an overhaul is facilitated. It is possible to look at data on the selected account on separate FLS;
• the system of the analytical reporting for gain of control is expanded it is necessary receipt of contributions to an overhaul from legal entities.
