The scientific research institute of flu implements technologies of automation of payroll

The AstroSoft company automates payroll for the staff of scientific research institute of flu on the 1C Platform, the press service of the company reported on August 23, 2013. A key project task - transfer of payroll calculation and personnel records to a system "1C: Medicine. Salary and budget institution staff".

Project Background

Payroll and personnel records in scientific research institute of flu has specifics. For example, key features it is possible to call accounting of employees on the professional grades and groups (PKG), payroll calculation of medics according to their belonging to certain PKG, report generation by PKG and according to orders of the Russian Ministry of Health. Big labor costs of clerks of institute are connected also with obligatory certification of medics, tracking of terms of the existing certificates, formation of the regular reporting on certification of the employees working in organization. Besides, interaction with the Federal register of health workers which requires timely providing necessary data in a required format is important for scientific research institute of flu. • data transfer in 1C is implemented
• setup of the main reference books in the program "1C: Medicine is conducted . Salary and budget institution staff"
• training of staff of HR department and accounting of institute is provided.
