Conference room Yauza.

The VIP-premises with wide functionality and refined design

In the VIP a conference room Yauza participants of meetings can manage clicking of one button the presentation. The rolled motorized screen and the projector hidden under a ceiling will fall by necessary height. Motorized blinds will be closed. The projector will join. When work ends, everything will be returned by clicking of one button on the places upside-down.

For ensuring simplicity of work on a control panel the intuitive multilevel interface was created, different scenarios of management of a projector, the screen, acoustics, lighting, electric drives of blinds, are developed by the ventilation and air conditioning system.

Multifunction meeting room Ural

Original and effective solution for holding the presentations using the screen of variable transparency.

Consists of two premises: directly meeting room and the showroom where the control panel is installed by technology processes of the plant.

In case both premises are used for one presentation, in the meeting room there is a story about the process control system. On the screen information materials are shown, specialists tell about products, technologies.

At some moment, a one click of the button on the control panel the image disappears, the screen becomes transparent, all participants see the control panel of the plant. Further, the presentation can be continued, or the group passes to the showroom for more detailed acquaintance with the equipment.

By recognition of specialists Tetra Pack, such organization of the presentation makes a strong impression on clients.

The second option - use of the meeting room and showroom is independent. For example, in the meeting room there is a presentation of a packaging container Tetra Pack. The projector hidden behind a ceiling a lift system and the motorized screen is for this purpose provided. And in the showroom the control panel is shown by technology processes. In it there is a separate input, the table for small negotiations is set.

Ural is "highlight" of the meeting room the screen of variable transparency. It represents glass which can switch in two statuses: transparent and opaque. The screen together with a short-focus projector makes the system of the return projection. It is used for holding the presentations of the process control system of the plant.

In the meeting room it is possible to connect Ural to 6 guest notebooks at the same time. connection points. In addition to already existing two-channel audio system the speaker system of a surround sound 5.1 was installed. It was made at the request of the customer for high-quality ensuring volume sounding.

Meeting room Neva

Interactive presentations

The meeting room Neva is expected 10 participants. For holding the presentations the LCD display with diagonal 70 is used'.

For product demonstration with different extent of detailing using the software which is specially developed by Tetra Pack company the interactive LCD display on the mobile platform is used. If necessary, the interactive LCD display it is possible to transport a VIP-conference room Yauza.

Three guest notebooks which are connected via connectors of the patch panels which are built in a table are sources of information.

Results

The space, time and participants status allow to use the implemented technical solutions most effectively, be it negotiations, meetings, the presentations or trainings. All installed equipment is accurately entered in modern style of premises. Project Development

On April 13, 2017 the DeLight 2000 company announced completion of works on equipment of a complex of meeting rooms at the Moscow office and at Tetra Pak factory in the city of Lobnya.

On production of Tetra Pak, (2016)

Due to the upgrade of office of Tetra Pak company, the decision on equipment was made by the modern multimedia equipment of ten meeting rooms. During the project amounts of works are increased and two meeting rooms at the central office which are earlier equipped and three meeting rooms located at factory of the company in the city of Lobnya are upgraded.

Specialists of the contractor performed design, installation and commissioning, programming and setup of the equipment.

For negotiation with territorially removed colleagues and partners of the company several meeting rooms are equipped with the equipment for video conferencings. In the project the equipment of the companies is used Cisco Samsung Extron Barco.
