The Mai-Tech company signed the license agreement Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) with Microsoft corporation allowing service providers and independent software developers (software) to license products of Microsoft and to provide them to the clients in lease on "cloud" model the press service of the company reported on August 27, 2013.
Expectations of the project
According to the agreement the Mai-Tech company filled up a portfolio of solutions and is going to offer the customers a number of the innovation "cloud" services:
- providing solutions ICT Mai-Tech on the basis of technologies of Microsoft in lease according to the SaaS model (software as service);
- providing software of Microsoft in lease according to the SaaS model;
- providing a virtual work place with software of Microsoft in lease (DaaS, Desktop as a Service).
"Mai-Tech aims to provide to customers of the solution of the top class on the most advantageous conditions. We are glad that now we can offer the clients advantages of solutions based on technologies of Microsoft in combination with flexible conditions of cooperation" — Alexander Balabanov, the managing director of Mai-Tech business division noted.
The Mai-Tech service is focused on:
- the companies to whom single expenditure for licenses are less convenient, than proportional small monthly payments;
- the small companies at the beginning from a business way and not having own IT department;
- dynamically developing companies which need to unroll quickly jobs for new employees;
- geographically distributed companies which staff needs to work effectively in corporate systems.
