Mosvodokanal will organize the system of electronic procurement

The Fogsoft company started a corporate system of electronic procurement on the iTender-Energo platform for JSC Mosvodokanal, the press service of integrator reported on August 28, 2013.

It was represented to JSC Mosvodokanal company important - to receive the high-quality software solution. For the choice of the developer of electronic platform held a competition with quite tough selection criteria. Competition was won by Fogsoft company.

Development process and system implementations of electronic procurement for JSC Mosvodokanal made a little more than one and a half months.

Project Progress

For August 28, 2013 on JSC Mosvodokanal electronic marketplace three types of trade procedures are available: request for proposals, tender and auction. The platform is equipped with the electronic signature and the system of double data encryption which allows the organizer and bidders to be sure of complete reliability of confidential data until official opening of envelopes.

The Mosvodokanal Electronic Marketplace (EM) of etp.mosvodokanal.ru is a full-fledged automated system on the organization, carrying out and control literally of all purchasing processes of the enterprise. Besides, the ETP has the integration module with the official site of zakupki.gov.ru (OOC) which allows MVK to publish in the automatic mode necessary documents on OOS, fulfilling the requirements of law 223-FZ under which operation the company falls. This law allows the enterprise to carry out purchases in any form, but a certain volume of up-to-date information about purchases (the plan, provision, etc.) should be published on zakupki.gov.ru without fail, explained in the company.

Mosvodokanal emphasized that for the company it was important to receive the high-quality software solution. For the choice of the developer of electronic platform a competition with quite tough selection criteria was held. As the result, competition were won by the Fogsoft company having considerable experience (more than 50 implementations) in creation of electronic marketplaces.

L.V. Golovin the deputy chief engineer of JSC Mosvodokanal noted that though the most part of works on implementation of the software solution is executed, the platform will develop still. Shortly Mosvodokanal is going to implement the module of automation of the purchase plan. It will allow to manage requirements of production departments of the enterprise, to conduct in the automatic mode procurement on in advance approved plan. In the long term also integration of ETP with a contract performance control system and also implementation of the financial module is planned.
