Maxsurf is the specialized solution for ship engineers, sea constructions engineers and shipbuilders, with a full range of software tools for all design stages, calculation and construction of the vessel. A product provide designers and designers with a full range of software tools for the initial stages of design process, the analysis and construction of the vessel. All modules in the range work with the general files of the project which allows to make constructive changes and in any of modules.

Basic product capabilities of Maxsurf provide basic needs of a stage of initial stage of design of courts and objects of marine facilities. At the same time a system is sufficiently universal and is suitable for conceptual design.

Specific Features

One of the most important features of Maxsurf - work in all solution modules is carried out with a uniform 3D model - a surface which allows to make automatically changes and simplifies communication and coordination between different design stages. In all modules Maxsurf the graphical interface is used Microsoft Windows, it saves time for training, increases ease of use and helps designers and builders to perform visualization of difficult configurations.

The solution Maxsurf is based on industry standards:

• NURB modeling of surfaces,
• data exchange of DXF and IGES,
• to data transmission between Microstation, Rhino, AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.

Maxsurf

A system for modeling of a surface of a hull, using an unlimited number of NURB of surfaces allows to create in the shortest possible time complete model of a hull ready to hydrostatic analysis and detailed development of construction of the body.

Maxsurf Stability Advanced

The body simulated using Maxsurf is used for check and the analysis of stability, landing, and strength characteristics, for any options of loading of the vessel including influence of the damaged compartments and tanks.

Maxsurf Structure Advanced

The module for structural design of a hull, allows to construct easily and quickly frames flora stringers, including notches in set at intersection and Mulka for weld joints. Construct an outside covering of the body and receive development or bending beds for a covering formarovaniye, defines weight loadings and creates the database of parts which can be transferred to other CAD for further detailing or directly direct for metal cutting.

Maxsurf Motions

Seakeeper is the program of the hydrodynamic analysis of rolling of the vessel, allows to receive characteristics of behavior of the vessel in the set conditions of nervousness, the muscleman, a zalivayemost, seaworthiness. allows to visualize behavior of the vessel in the set nervousness conditions.

Maxsurf Resistance

Allows to estimate resistance and power consumption for any Maxsurf project using standard forecasting methods.

Maxsurf VPP

This module provides the analysis of popularity for sailing yachts in different conditions of swimming and builds polar charts of speed. Use of the IMS methods for calculation of speed allows Span to define lifting force, resistance of the body and the angles of installation of sails and angle of heel.

Maxsurf Link

provides standard data exchange between a number of models, productivities, forecasting and a hydrostatics of programs. Though the range of Maxsurf provides a full range project and the analysis, there can be cases when you need to transfer data with other systems. Hydrolink provides a broad spectrum of data, transfer of options which allow to move models, and from Maxsurf and other programs.
