The Terrasoft group announced in August, 2013 a release of the new version of the industry product BPMonline FMCG – solutions for business process automation of the producers and distributors working in FMCG of the industry. At product development the recent global trends in the field of customer relationship management and the best industry practices of implementation of CRM projects were considered.

The solution allows to automate work with clients, sales planning, the organization of work of sales representatives and management of trade marketing. As a result of integration with the different systems, the software product consolidates all customer information. It provides access to up-to-date data and allows to carry out the plan-fact analysis of activities for different parameters.

In mobile application of BPMonline FMCG Mobile the tool kit for effective work "in fields" and managements of merchandising is implemented. The application allows to process orders directly from outlets, to control accomplishment of arrangements and to fix data for operational monitoring of competitors.
