SAP Social Contact Intelligence is the software solution for the analysis of preferences of clients on the basis of information from social networks and data from corporate systems of CRM.

Component
SAP Social Contact Intelligence - one of components of a packet SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence which passes tests at a limited circle of clients of SAP now. Social Contact Intelligence is implemented based on HANA, the SAP platform for data processing in RAM.
Differences
The new technology allows to consider data from internal systems in the analysis. Except Social Contact Intelligence, Audience Discovery and Targeting — tool kit for holding the segmented marketing campaigns, Customer Value Intelligence for preparation of recommendations about cross and additional sales and also mobile application for sales representatives of Account Intelligence are a part of a packet of Customer Engagement Intelligence.
Social Contact Intelligence will allow to consider in real time of mood and the opinions of audience learned through contacts on social networks both different internal and external data sources for thinner management of marketing campaigns, development of further initiatives and formation of new opportunities.
