IAC company automates an accounting and reporting system

The company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of optimization of trade processes in to IAC company by means of implementation of programs "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8" and their integration, the press service of integrator reported on August 28, 2013.

Project Background

Earlier accounting at the enterprise was conducted by means of spreadsheets. There were difficulties with data collection and processing, difficulties with objective assessment of information on a business status, sales.

For optimization of a company performance the management of firm made the decision to automate business processes:

• accounting, tax accounting;
• preparation of the regulated reporting;
• sales management;
• planning and analysis of trade operations.

Project Progress

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" performed implementation of programs "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8", their integration.

Project Results

Information space for consolidation of data of a financial and economic and management activity from geographically distributed divisions is created. Processes of preparation of the reporting, registration of sales, inventories, purchase plannings, the analysis of sales became simpler thanks to automation of key functions of drawing up documentation.

3 jobs are automated: administrator of nursery, seller of the trade pavilion and accountant of the garden center. Users were trained.
