The DeltaCredit mortgage bank carries out experienced and production operation of the solution for a stage of solvency test of applicants on the basis of integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into the analytical Deductor system and external/internal data sources of bank, the press service of the company integrator reported on August 30, 2013.

Project Background

The purpose of improvement of a system of information support of underwriting of DeltaCredit bank - increase in overall performance of the credit pipeline, reduction of time of consideration of requests and reduction of operating costs.

The front office system on issue of mortgage loans constructed on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is started in bank in the second half of 2009 using specialists CMD-Soft. In this system the DeltaCredit bank processes as requests for receiving mortgage loans from own clients, and requests from partners whose network constantly extends.

Promotion of the project

On November 16, 2015 the CMD-Soft company announced the project development of functionality of the created system.

In the course of creation of the solution interactive integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into the analytical Deductor system is made, interaction with external and internal data sources of bank is set.

For November 16, 2015 in an automated system of processing of requests and the issue of mortgage loans implemented with the assistance of JSC CMD-Soft company more than 1.5 thousand users work.
