Club 40 (Game-Keeper, R-Keeper)

In the city of Sosnovy Bor the big multifunction entertainment center Club 40 opened. Complex automation of a new institution was carried out by UCS SPb company – the official representative of UCS in North-West Region.

In the territory of entertainment center the spacious hall expected 6 tracks for playing bowling with the certain premises for VIP-guests where there are 3 more tracks is located.

Extensive igrodry entertainment center turns on a set of various devices: video simulators, prize-winning automatic machines, a children's labyrinth with different obstacles and the dry pool, roundabouts and attractions for the least guests and also 2 tables for playing air hockey.

For implementation of accounting of all necessary transactions in daily work of an entertainment complex the software product of UCS company – Game-Keeper including several different modules for optimization of all types of activity of the center was integrated: the module for work of the cash station, the separate module for the manager and a special software module which allows to display balance on the card of the client.

Using Game-Keeper, it is much simpler to adjust effective work of all enterprise. It allows to manage automatically the prices of all attractions when changing rates depending on time of day, a day of the week or a season. And it is very convenient to use the modern system of guest cards on which the account info of the client is stored to payment of services. Guests can change account level, use the saved-up bonuses or discounts. Cards are compatible to all game machines and also other entertaining zones, they can be used for payment of services, both at the fixed price, and taking into account special, for example, time tariffing. In Club 40 this function is used when tariffing visits of the game room for children – a children's labyrinth.

In addition to sports and entertaining halls, in Club 40 there are the restaurant and separate bar where there take place broadcasts of all important sports events. For effective work of places of public catering the R-Keeper v.7 system was installed. 3 jobs of the cashier are equipped with touch monitors, and for quality improvement of service at restaurant and fast delivery of dishes to a table of the client the wall monoblock of Kitchen Monitor is set.

Also installation of a software module for work of the manager and a personal deposit and discount system was carried out. For conducting inventory accounting the module Store House with the additional interface for the 1C: Accounting program which allows to perform data exchange, between bases 1C: Accounting and Store House is used.
