Content

The BMP Logic company helped Eesti Energia Õlit ööstus AS to correct a management system, the press service of integrator reported on September 4, 2013.

Project Background

At the beginning of 2013 Eesti Energia Õlit ööstus AS defined the target indicators of activity defining new reference points for the next year. Then, for assessment of dynamics of development of the enterprise and determination of need of correction of target indicators, the board of the company invited specialists of Logic of BPM.

Project Progress

To consultants set the task: specify and concretize the purposes of divisions, for ensuring their coordination with the purposes of the enterprise, and Eesti Energia concern in general. As a format of consulting interaction selected a seminar as a method of the most effective involvement of heads in process of discussion and developments of solutions.

Project Results

During the one-day seminar defined the purposes and indicators of heads of divisions of the enterprise. Besides, not only for heads of production services, but also for commercial divisions indicators of labor safety, production and the environment are defined.

"Updating is more whole Eesti Energia and finishing than them to the level of divisions of the company shows informal approach of its management to development of the enterprise. Further the practical linking of the detailed purposes of divisions and indicators of business processes will become a good basis for increase in efficiency of interaction of divisions in operating activities" — Maxim Molodov, the director of the department of process consulting of BMP Logic company noted.
