Gorky Park starts a corporate portal

FORS Group announced on September 4, 2013 implementation in Gorky Park of the automation system of contractual office-work of the AIS "Corporate Informational Portal".

Project Background

Dynamic development of organization demanded so technological management tools business processes.

According to the results of an open competition of FORS it is attracted as the contractor who provided conducting preproject examination, inspection and the analysis of business processes, preparation of technical specifications and other necessary documentation and also development and deployment of the system.

"We were faced by the purpose of creation of the portal which would provide a common information space for the organization of joint work of all employees with the different information arriving and existing in the form of the uniform knowledge base under agreements, partners, documents and their movements, - Alexey Lizunov, the head of information technology of Gorky Park noted. – This task was successfully solved by specialists of FORS. As a result we received not a just automated system for work with agreements, but also electronic document management, a possibility of preparation of the analytical reporting and the instrument of internal interaction of employees".

Project Results

The project is executed less than in a year. The FORS continues works on support and development of a system regarding development of additional functionality and creation of new subsystems and subsections. The number of the automated business processes increases, the analytics extends, inclusion in the portal of the hardware (cash desks, rolling, etc.) and also integration of the portal with the park website is planned that will create the permanent communication channel with external audience – guests, partners and authorities.
