Project Background

Using a system SCOUT the customer was going to reveal weak points in fleet management: stop attempts of fuel dump and unauthorized use of transport. The implementation project was implemented by Sinera company.

Project Progress

In 2011 specialists equipped with modules of monitoring MT-600 GP of STD 15 heavy-load cars for transportation of metal products, set 3 the automated jobs with dispatching software SCOUT Explorer. Five employees of the company underwent technical training and received certificates of specialists of transport control.

"In a month of use of a System SCOUT, several cases of additions and idle times were opened, - Nikolay Borzenkov, the CEO of JSC Kombaynmashstroy noted. - Having compared data in waybills to real digits in reports SCOUT Explorer, it became clear that some drivers significantly overestimated indicators of fuel expenses and also vehicles mileage. As a result, only for the first month the enterprise managed to save about 25 thousand rubles. Thanks to a system the single attempt of plunder of diesel fuel for the amount more than 15 thousand rubles was prevented. In general, economy of the enterprise on transportation costs made 20%".
