Martin Baikal implements a management system for sale of alcoholic products

1C specialists: The first BIT completed an implementation project of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Complex automation of trade in alcoholic products" software product in Martin Baikal company, the press service of integrator reported on September 5, 2013.

Project Background

Recently the enterprise customer started the new line of production of corporate beer. With respect thereto there was a need for automation of this field of activity. Began a campaign for system implementation of process management of production of alcoholic products.

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They installed the "1C:Enterprise 8 Complex automation of trade in alcoholic products" program, performed necessary tunings.

Project Results

The management Martine Baikal noted: in a project deliverable it was succeeded to reduce significantly errors by deliveries, to lower costs, to systematize document flow and to increase transparency of credentials.

Business processes are automated:

• accounting of all nomenclature units used in production of beer taking into account specifics of technologies;
• alcohol account of lots;
• purchases and vendor relationship management (settlement, order placement);
• sales management, logistics and transport
• settlement with buyers;
• management of warehouse stocks;
• accounting, tax personnel accounting, personnel management, the regulated reporting.

Arutyun Gimishyan, the CEO of Martin Baikal LLC, noted: "We enter the market with a new product - alcoholic drink.
