Kamenergostroyprom implements the Galaktika EAM system

The implementation project of a management system for production assets of "Galaxy EAM" in Kamenergostroyprom LLC (Nizhnekamsk) started.

For increase in cost efficiency of management of production and auxiliary assets and processes of a MRO the plant's management made the decision to implement the Galaktika EAM system.

Main objectives of the project is the organization of a management system for businesss-processes of a MRO, creation of the most transparent and effective instrument of influence and implementation of the accepted strategy at all levels of management and also need of creation of a monitoring system of efficiency of operation of the equipment using tools of the analysis and support system of decision-making.
