The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation prepares the platform for interaction

The IBS group announced on September 5, 2013 implementation of the Information communication platform of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of www.innoedu.ru.

Project Background

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation will organize and controls interactions between the leading universities, scientists and the companies with the state participation interested in use of the innovative developments. For automation of a number of aspects of this task the open competition based on which the contractor selected IBS company is announced.

For project launch in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation there was no uniform technology platform for interaction of universities with potential customers of research and development.

Project Progress

The main objectives for IBS became:

• formation of a communication platform for universities and customers of developments,
• implementation of requirements of Government decrees for support of the innovative development,
• possibility of commercialization of the developments by universities,
• creation of a single platform for work of scientists of the Russian Federation in the next years.

Project Results

Specialists of IBS created the instrument of interaction and control which allows authorized users to place requests, to hold competitions, to control expenditure of the funds of the state support allocated for different projects.

Alexander Makarov, the associate director on work with education of IBS company, noted: "Throughout the project we developed functionality of the portal, according to new requirements of the customer. As a result fully functioning organizational and technological solution which ensures harmonious functioning of hundreds of users of different level – representatives of universities, state corporations and the companies with the state participation, scientific research institute, federal executive authorities was created".
