Digital Design implements EDMS in UEC based on Docsvision

The Digital Design company implements the project on system implementation of electronic document management in Universal Electronic Card company. The project task consists in complex process automation of creation, approval, registration and mailing of documents and also control of execution with them of resolutions and instructions.

The task to extremely simplify work of clerks, assistants, heads and contractors is set for the new contractor, having at the same time expanded available functionality. Except implementation of processes of internal approval and signing of documents, it is required to provide simple access to the connected documents, to organize library of administrative documents and agreements with a possibility of quick search by different parameters.

Digital Design was selected from quality of the contractor based on the competitive procedure. Implementation of EDMS was decided to perform using the software "Administrative office-work" based on the Docsvision platform of version 4.5. Given software allows to provide phased transition from paper document flow to paper electronic document management (when processes of electronic document management do not cancel paper), with a possibility of transition to completely electronic document management using the electronic signature, noted in the company.
