Global of Avtogroup (BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8)

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on process optimization of accounting and management in Global of Avtogroup company based on solutions "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and "BIT. Management of car service and car showroom". During the project operations on control of deliveries, regulation of works, accounting, settlement, formation of the list of purchases were automated.

Global of Avtogroup works in the field of a car business. The main activity of the company — trade in cars and provision of services of car service. For the purpose of increase in control over business, decrease in labor costs of personnel and improvement of process of interaction between separate divisions the management of the enterprise made the decision on creation of the automated control system based on products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Specialists "as 1C acted as partners in implementation: The first BIT". They performed program installation "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and own software solution "BIT. Management of car service and car showroom". Carried out adaptation of programs under requirements of corporate account policy of the customer, performed a number of modifications. In particular, in the document the order was finished the Signatures mechanism registering when and what user transferred the document to a new status. Chains of transactions were configured according to the regulations and requirements admitted to the companies.

Integration of systems allowed to create a uniform information field for consolidation of managerial and booking data. All transactions are executed using one window now. The card file of cars is centralized. At the same time information on the car is stored in a system for all lifecycle of the car now.

At the same time, the customer had following features: convenient and quick search of the car in base on the set characteristics (to existence in warehouses, cost, to the client, a reserve, existence of payment, etc.); the automated accounting of the brand, model, complete set, options of the producer; the automated creation of a card of the car, applicability of spare parts and works to cars, models; fast formation of the supplier order for replenishment of a warehouse and on the basis of orders of buyers; automatic calculation of the price of the configured car and discounts and also a possibility of providing individual discounts; management of pricing; monitoring of the movement of spare parts online, operational write-off of spare parts; planning and works monitoring; settling with personnel according to development; evident profitability analysis of business; formation of the regulated reporting.

According to "1C: The first BIT", automation of the main transactions exempted the staff of Global of Avtogroup from need of filling of difficult accounting documentation.
