"East express bank" updated a security system

The ITProtect company constructed the system of secure access in the Internet for JSC East Express Bank.

The Internet is necessary for employees of the bank for access to different information resources. At the same time, uncontrollable use of the Internet involves substantial risks for security of information systems of bank. Considering it, the bank was faced by a task of decrease in the specified risks at the expense of the organization of a system of secure access in the Internet. Project implementation was transferred to ITProtect company - the supplier of complete solutions and services in the field of cybersecurity having in a portfolio a number of successfully executed similar projects in financial credit institutions.

"Main objectives of the project were ensuring control and accounting of actions of users and automation of access mechanisms, – Evgeny Gusenkov, the head of department of information security of JSC East Express Bank says. – At the same time the project had to consider a considerable geographically-distributed structure of infrastructure of bank and ensuring fault tolerance at the expense of the applied geographically distributed clusters".

Work on project implementation was carried out in several stages. It should be noted that the project in addition to basic stages: audit, design and system implementation, included grade levels, technical support, development of necessary documentation.
